Referral Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview
By referring a friend, family member, or colleague to HoLo (the "Broker"), you my receive a mixed case of 12 wine bottles from VinoMofo (the "Gift"), subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

  1. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia.

  2. The referrer must be an existing or past client of the Broker.

  3. The referred individual (the "Referee") must be a new client who has not previously engaged the Broker’s services.

Referral Process & Reward Conditions

  1. The Referee must mention the Referrer’s full name at the time of their initial enquiry with the Broker.

  2. The Referee must successfully settle a home loan through the Broker for the Referrer to be eligible for the Gift.

  3. A successful settlement means the loan has been fully approved, all conditions met and the loan funds have been disbursed.

  4. The Gift is limited to one (1) mixed case of 12 wine bottles per settled loan, regardless of loan amount.

  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make; however, each referral must meet the above conditions to qualify for a separate Gift.

Reward Fulfilment

  1. The Gift will be arranged within 60 days of the Referee’s home loan settlement.

  2. The Gift is provided by VinoMofo and is subject to its availability and delivery terms. The Broker is not responsible for the quality, selection or delivery of the wine.

  3. The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

General Terms

  1. This promotion is valid for referrals submitted from July 1st 2024 and may be withdrawn or replaced at the HoLo’s discretion.

  2. The Broker reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the Referrer and the Referee.

  3. If the loan application is withdrawn, declined or does not proceed to settlement, no Gift will be issued.

  4. The Broker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  5. Any tax implications arising from the Gift are the responsibility of the Referrer.

  6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by VinoMofo.
